Smiles and Promises XV

Sunset in Ateneo

One ordinary school day, I decided to bring my camera to school, and I had this crazy idea to take pictures of places on campus that were once special to me a year ago or so. I took very unflattering angles of those places, but THIS. This sunset just absolutely took my breath away.

Maybe the Lord’s telling me I should stop dwelling in the past already, that that chapter in my life already ended. That a new day awaits if only I totally let go of the beautiful, breathtaking sunset that preceded  the dark days.

A new day awaits, Joy. 🙂

For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life;  Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

Psalm 30:5
